What is the best way to print on press paper? I mean, we all know that press paper printing must be astronomy big job... So what if I want 10 spread printed?

huh? What do you mean by "press paper"? Are you talking about printing something offset lithography?
If that's what you're wondering, then it totally depends on the job. You'll have to be much more specific if you want help.

Not big job. I understand that that kind of work needs lots of copies, right? So is there any other method to do it without doing astronomy quantities?

I think the term you are looking for is news print. Unless press paper is some euro term. Offset printers can print on news print. Beware of show through.

web offset is the correct term.
paper comes off a roll rather than sheet fed. that's your problem... newsprint i believe cannot be sheet fed as its too thin.

horton may very well be correct. There are some paper companies that simulate the look and feel of news print. Check out your local paper supplier.
