CD Packaging (folded)

Im going to be doing a run of CD's as a personal music project.
I have access to a colour printer at work that will print onto thick paper (200gm) at A3.
I was wondering if anyone had links to templates or good ideas for CD Packaging that could be cut n folded from an A3 sheet. (glue may be used too).
We also have a printer that will print an infinite length (from a roll) and A3 length wide so thats an option too (but paper not as thick).
these were the kind of things i was thinking about ....
are these creatable by JUST folding n glueing and using 'folding the paper' to strengthen it.
any good tips or links or templates of similar.
I was just going to sit down and work something unique out myself, nothing wrong with some inspiration though.

Those all seem to be die-cut. I am not sure just folding will do it unless you build a pocket style holder by folding the bottom up and glueing it.
Does that make sense?

nice idea - post what you end up creating if you sort it out

aye im thinking multiple folds to get the 'thickness'.
i dont mind sitting, cutting and folding likes

The middle one could work by just folding and glueing, but that tab would have to be cut manually.

This wouldn't be an Epson, would it? :)
I don't mean to state the obvious, but a few hours with Illustrator, a cutting mat and some pencils should be all you need to come up with interesting designs. Certainly, I'd start off manually, so you can come to your own end-points, before requiring other people's templates. If only so you can learn about limitations yourself.

yeah dont worry il definitely post up the outcome.
It's a CD cover for an Album/EP of my own music.
Cant beat it when you yourself are the client - OPEN BRIEF!!!! :)

Detritus:
Yeah the endless roll is a beast of an Epson. The other is a Ricoh Fiery. Aye thats what im planning on doing, taking a load of cardboard home one night and sitting working out what is possible.
- was just wondering if anyone had any good starting points ... id stumbled across the ones above as starting points to what CD Packaging places offered as a product to base my cover on.ESKEMA:
Nice cover based on skins pack. I likes it!- Someone asked a similar question just the other day - have you looked at Rabbit editions? http://www.amazon.co…detritus
