Catch a Greyhound back to Portland, head to Dino's just off SE Hawthorne, play some games of 25c pool, get some $2 biscuits and gravy, $2 beers. Commandeer the Juke Box, start a fight, meet a girl, worry about work another day.

to utopian1: yeah, cause Seattle has no meth issues at all. I am from Portland and loved living there so much, i bought a house. but now i live in SF because i got a job offer here. Seattle has great restaurants, nights, shows, etc... but so does Portland and overall, things are cheaper, like rents, no sales tax, housing costs, etc. Portland also has more strip clubs that any other US city per capita... Seattle has one juice bar i think.

Portland is gnarly. It has it's sweet spots, but it also has a lot of hairy back fat. Try to live near NW 21st and you'll be alright. Good luck.
