i saw on tv the other week them talking about a police force or fire brigade posting up the timewasting and hoax calls to the emergency services and you could email in if you knew who the person was.
its a good idea likes as its kind of viral in the sense that people will punt about the link as the stories are funny like on that avon+somerset link but it also has a serious message.

reminds me of that sample in a Wevie Stonder track where some dude rang into a radio show about amazing animal stories and talked about his dog that didin't eat an open packet of crisps that he had left on the table.. people are mentalists

Why the hell do the operators not hang up as soon as they realise it's not an emergency??? That questionaire woman was on the line for a whole minute when the operator could have hung up after about 2 seconds. It's as much his fault
