Does anyone have a link to any good Coming Soon/ Under Construction website for Advertising Agencies? A team of us are rebranding our company and redesigning the site (which has been the same lame ass site for about a decade and Im pretty much embarrassed of to say the least).

IMHO I wouldn't focus too much energy on what will amount to a holding page. Just have pertinent contact info, services offered and focus your energy on building a proper site. Just my two cents.

I like the video idea. Just stand in front of a camera and state what a really great site is coming, that there will be a spectacular logo over there (point above head to wherever the logo will be) there willbe some awesome and easy navigational structure over there, and right where you are will be a bit of enthralling content, and down there (look down) at the bottom of the page will be all sorts of footer material...

i agree with whoever said to not worry about the holding page and just concentrate on working on the new site.
if you have too much of a sexy holding page then chanes are that everyones just going to sit happy with that for another few years.
at least if you have a very minimal holding page then there is going to always be the drive to get the new site up there.
