stronger colors, and a less generic font. maybe some handdrawn would help. about the eye, i am not sure if you it can be bigger and with a white 'round the pupil. it needs more neon :) but i really like the way it goes

You need to work on your type, other than that, i quite like it.

It doesn't quite come off on a white background, but it's going to look cool on something with colors. Definately dig the 80's skate style.
I have to jump on the 'fix the type' wagon though. Reminds me of Thrasher, without being anywhere near as awesome, and it lacks legibility.
