say I'm moving into a building that has two parking spaces per unit. what would be the best way of acquiring another spot? everybody in the building has money so I doubt they'd give them up. the other option is to buy another unit and take one space then sell the unit sans one space at a serious reduction in price. I'll be in the penthouse.

here in SF parking spots go for about 75K off craigslist. Maybe option 2 is logical.

condo parking sucks ass.
if you can swing it - buy the other unit. though, though, there HAVE to be rental uints available, no?

I have a similar problem. I want morning light from the east but I also want to see the sunset from the west. But then there are days when I want soft north light as well there are days that I just want to face the south.
So I'm just going to buy all the suites on one floor to play it safe.
