Does anybody know of blank layout environments?

  Its weird to explain, but does anyone know of a site where you can get a psd template of a white environment that has a business card/ open magazine/ book etc that you can place your own design on???

  Might as well do it yourself. If you have a decent camera and can cut and fold paper, it shouldn't be a problem.
