I know every thread on QBN ends on a joke.
But seriously, this movie rules!- it's very good
it's NOT the second coming

I still have doubt about Bale playing Batman. Theres something about the bottom half of his face.. he doesnt look good with the mask on, and he is kind of nerdy-looking and weak when he speaks.

If I could make something as cool and engaging as this film, drawn from a comic, with the depth and thought put into character and complex tragedy, I'd die a happy fellow.

I heard batman was crushed by an acme anvil.

More madness: Twitter has become a screaming tea kettle of NYC early adopters who just realized that IMAX tickets are the new iPhone. Not only are more than 1400 of 1600 IMAX screenings sold-out natiowide, but the tickets are starting to hit eBay. They’re going for as high as $350, and Cinematical reports that two tickets to an NYC showing at 10 a.m. just sold for $89 after 20 bids. Willy Wonka is jelz. If anyone witnesses drive-bys or Joker gangs bumrushing ticket holders tonight, send us pics.

Batman Begins was brilliant, by far the best comic book film to date, Chris Nolan, along with films like Sin City, 300 have elevated the comic book film to what it should have always been. Comics lend themselves so much to film, since they are origanally derived from film, that i never got why the adaptaions were sooo watered down, thank god they are finally picking up.

Christopher Nolan has been in my "top 3 favourite directors of all time" list for a while now. He may have pushed himself up to #1 with this film. LOVE HIM AND THE MOVIE.

Also, my favourite villain from the Batman universe (Joker) was played brilliantly. I'm already wondering who could take Ledger's place :(

I just saw it.
REALLY liked most of it.Mostly brilliant up until the Jokers capture after the Semi-Truck
Liked Harvey...DID NOT like the Two Face Character at all and thought Harvey's fast turn was VERY silly
Great movie...but WAAAAAAAAY over-hyped
also...Bale's Batman voice is kinda dumb.
- You mean the angry lisp? What's not to like?Invalid
- Harvey's quick descent into Two Face was warranted. Dent was a rash. single-minded character through out.ETM
- He also showed signs of instability when he snapped on the henchman when Rachel was taken.ETM
- It's true, but I also felt it was a bit too quick. I guess he just went mental after her death. It happens like that sometimes.Jaline

I am just sad that Joker may not return after the great foreshadowing at the end about their endless struggle to come.
I can't see an actor wanting the role. It was already difficult to create a performance that would not be compared to Nicholson's, let alone now match the performance of Heath's... especially with him being deceased.
My guess, is if Joker returns played by someone else, it will be a small part to transition the films. I hear Riddler is the likely villain for the next one. It would be a good choice as Riddler always brings the true detective and problem solver out of Batman.
- True, but no one thought Heath would be a good fit until they heard the reviews. So maybe someone can do it justice.Jaline

Hmmm, saw it a few days ago, its a 3 out of 5.
Odd cuts.
Too much dialogue.
Stupid fall from grace for Twoface.
Some crap CGI.- god i hate too much dialogueitstimefortea
- They probably could've cut scenes out of it but I loved it the way it was. I didn't find there was too much dialogue.Jaline
- sorry, i was being sarcastic... i loved it. the dialogue made the film. and heith ledger stole every sceneitstimefortea
