So my gf is also a graphic designer, she works from home while I work at a company I really dig. She has been on her own for a year and a half and has slowly grown her client list and business. Her main client who she has a contract with gave her the opportunity to freelance but she hasn't the time to focus on them fully if she wants to grow her business. The thing with this company is it's a lot of production art, nothing glamorous, a lot of posters and flyers and stuff. She needs to hire another freelancer who has a couple or few hours a day to do a lot of these projects which involves cranking out posters, flyers, and ads. Does anyone have any experience passing off work to another freelancer? Have you been screwed? Have you been able to find a junior you were happy with or did you pay them what you were getting paid? It would be great for her to get an employee and build her biz that way but she works from home so she would need a freelancer. Thoughts?

Just make sure the Jr. is a chick, you don't want any sausage near your bird.

I have passed on and got quite a bit of work through NT.
I just trusted the person and they trusted me.... sounds silly now but I think it depends on the person you work with.
thats all
- yeah, i think there would have to be a contract about not contacting the company directly or something.

hit me up if she needs someone to do the work, that is if she has no problem working over the internet compared to in person.
been slow on my end as far as work!
- No, doesn't have to be local as long as the work gets done. I'll let her know.eegrek

- Hopefully they pay her enough to pay you. I'll send you an email with what it all entails in the next couple of days.eegrek
