is there an appropriate chain of career growth to become a producer at a digital agency or design studio?
im more into creative stuff but i have buddies who are very interested in it, but we're young and unsure of how one gets into it.
the path of a designer is obvious. strong portfolio, and you're guaranteed to get in anywhere. even inexperienced designers simply start off as jr. designers.
but one doesnt just BECOME a producer. so where do they start... simlpy by graduating school and becoming an associate producer? is that all? or are there better, much more tried and true steps to follow that career path?
