What do you personally call the 24-48 hour time period before a project should be complete, when just a few issues are being worked on?
I'm like a day away from my first major site development project launching (as a consultant/project manager), and we kicked it off in early January. 5 months of work, planning, etc. and we're almost done!

And is a carton of cigarettes an acceptable gift for a developer that you've begged to finish work on bugs they didn't create and don't have time to work on?

There's a rule : whatever the project it is, from a 2days simple work to a 6month project, You will spend the last night before the deadline working like mad.
