Holy smokes i just discovered the greatness that is "Open In Dashboard" via Safari. Finally, a great use for the Dashboard, at least for me anyway.
Having the entire left topic menu of QBN as a widget is pretty convenient!

- If you right click in safari and go open in dashboard, you can select parts of websites to create them as a widget thing
pom - Er, or just click the button in safari beside refresh
pom - Damn. 20+ on macs and a thing like this gets past me. I feel...outdated and inuppgradablePeter
- But, thankfull. Thanks.Peter

sigh, not using leopard yet. widgets are just html/css/javscript, it's actually pretty easy to make your own

"Now you can turn any web page into a Dashboard widget. Click the Web Clip button next to the address field in Safari and select exactly what you want your new widget to display. Then click Add, and Safari sends your Web Clip widget to Dashboard, where you can view it alongside your other widgets. You can even customize its border using built-in styles on the back of the widget. Your Web Clip widget is “live” and will update as frequently as the page from which it came."
