Hey,
I'm working on a flash site at the mo, and as you might imagine it's not coming up on google at all. Which I expected. But I noticed on the Established & Sons website it uses SWFObject to replace html content with a swf file if the user has the correct version of flash player. And then Google indexes the HTML content, which is great.
I looked up SWFObject (http://blog.deconcept.com/swfob... and I tried to get it working with my site but I'm really struggling with the code and can't get it working at all. Has anyone had any experience with this before? Is more straightforward explanation of how to use it available on the interweb?
Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.
Cheers

cheers...
here's my attempt at getting it workinghttp://www.2detail.co.uk/js_test…
and here's the javascript
http://www.2detail.co.uk/swfobje…
but like I said I'm a bit out of my depth codewise so I might be doing it completely wrong (since I haven't really changed any of the javascript).
Again, any help very much appreciated.

try something like...

mime's got the right example. your's would look like (excluded the if staement):
- he would have, he built the est. & sons site.Jnr_Madison

Remember to check your site with IE7, I have designed sites in the past and the SWFobject did not kick in and there was nothing on the page in IE, check this article out may help you:
