hey chono, you a kiter? maybe you can answer me this, why do they feel the need to wear boardshorts on top of they wetsuits. worse still, wear long shorts on top of the wetsuits? what gives?

Hehe depends .. for the majority its a matter of identity. The same goes for me as well. However they also do protect your expensive wetsuit from ripping, if you crash your ass. I just schredded a pair of boardies th eother day ... had i not been wearing a pair, i would have ruined my new wetsuit. So its practical .. but mostly worn for visuals. Though, i sence a tendci towards going with out ... probably a back the true roots of surfing .. wich is, without boardshorts ^^
