good/bad? should i upgrade? is it worth it?
so many questions.

Hmm....it's good, but I had to make a lot of smaller modifications. Like the opacity of the menu bar. But it's your choice, and maybe that doesn't bother you.
Do a fresh install, by the way. I did the backup and upgrade one and it wasn't as good as I would have liked.

Like Jaline said, do a clean install. You'll hate life if you dont!
I think it's a great upgrade for designers. Quicklook is AWESOME. Any file you want to preview quickly just select it, hit the spacebar and BAM previews so many things. http://www.quicklookplugins.com/…
my favorite is previewing .FLV files. ;)
- Err.. what the heck. You can preview .flvs now but STILL no way to look at animated gifs normally? ]:pom

it's excellent eccept for the bugs that wasn't supposed to exist... otherwise it's a great os

Can't stand it, bloated heap of useless add-ons.

kickin! definitely. i use 99% of all the leopard features and would be lost w/o it... and quickslver too. ;)
peace.

It runs SO much faster than Tiger did on my laptop.

I wish I had done a clean install. I migrated from my old hard drive, so it wasn’t at all like a fresh start. And since I am on an Intel machine, I am having SERIOUS issues with CS2 (not a Leoprad issue, as such, I know).

imo, it's really buggy. I have probably installed 6 updates for Leopard in the past few months and it still has issues. I run it on a dual quad core g5 with 8GB of RAM and I swear my home machine with half the hardware running windows xp is faster and more reliable.

Too many software update problems with Leopard. 90% of the time I run files from a server and that last update corrupted every file that I had worked on. Tiger all the way. That's right...I'm ol skool.

looks better. runs faster. leopard is a great upgrade in my opinion.

I've been running Leopard on 5 machines (iBook, Mac mini, MacBook, MacBook Pro and Mac Pro) in my home office relatively free of issues aside from a bug with CS3 and Spaces which was fixed with the latest update (10.5.3). As Jaline already stated, clean install. You'll love life more. I recommend it all the way.
- was it the bug where the toolbars would remain greyed out and you would have to click on them to "refresh" them? that was really annoying....zumajoe

I wish i had a reason to use Spaces more ]:
