Sustainable Ballard is holding a bike rack design competition that is open to the entire community of Ballard. There are three entry categories: high school students, middle and elementary school students, and everyone else. Winners of the contest (at least the top 3) will have their designs built by Ballard metal artists and installed at various prominent locations throughout Ballard. The winners, which will be chosen by a panel of community members, will be announced at Ballard SeafoodFest the weekend of July 26th and 27th.
