It looks like Virgin Media Are warning customer about D/L torrent, and other pirated media, anyone here got a an email from them?

how exactly do they differentiate illegal filesharing from legal filesharing?

A friend of mine once got a phonecall from BT Ireland, his provider telling him what film he had downloaded and shared and to stop doing this. It was some 3 years ago.
