What are some cool stationary shops you guys know of? My sister and i were thinking about opening one a few months back in Ottawa, but i think that idea has dropped off. Still always interested in seeing what international places have to offer, though.
Ottawa has a pretty boring one but there is a great one (also a gallery) in Montreal called Nota Bene.

Dissing Ottawa, eh?
;)
I understand though. Aren't the best design-y shops on like one street somewhere downtown?

There is the 'paperie' in the market but their selection is really bland. That's about it for the city in terms of stationEry shops.

i had the same problem and now i remember the spelling because "E is for envelope" lol

This is like principal versus principle. My middle-school music teacher (who was the worst person and teacher ever) told us to just remember that the school principal is our "pal". Extremely lame, but it worked.
