You're stepping into a VERY competitive market at the moment. People are going to weary of buying from you being that you're not established and don't have any cred as of yet.

for the record I think this is totally spam - trying to raise your page rank with a bunch of traffic from here.
But anyway, the key to making money with an online store is information. You need to get as much data on your visitors as possible - which pages they are hitting, which links they are clicking on, what page they are exiting the site from, cart abandonment rate. Most of that info can be gathered for free.
Once you have a good base of user behaviour you start testing different layouts and link treatments to see which is most effective.
