Hey guys, i have a few sites that are listed top and a few clients are asking if they can get something similar to this

Where under the listing is links to high level pages, is that something you pay for, or does google do it automatically? or is it something you can add to your code?
Any help would be very much appreciated.

it happens automatically when your site achieves 100+ hits per day and you're a known resource/manufactuer/brand
check google webmaster tools and sign up your sites to see/manage them - but remember you cant ADD anything, google does that.
