Background Color

  Can anyone figure out why this form field is acting CRAZY like this?

  Have a look at the "newsletter signup" email field on the homepage here:

  Then, look at the subpages.

  Why is the blue background color becoming transparent? Same thing is happening on the contact page too. WTF?!?
