So this is Josh Brolin as George W. Bush in Oliver Stone's Bush biopic.
Is it weirding you out as much as it is me? I love Brolin, but um, I'm not sure.I've always wanted to like Oliver Stone (I love "JFK"), but I think he's a bit of an asshat, frankly.

he *should* look a little creepy, otherwise the darker stuff isn't gonna work.. To actually cast George Bush in his life story would be a mistake as he would come across as quite likable.
My wife has met him on several occaisions, and despite his utterly develish and contemptous misgivings as a president, he actually comes across as a nice guy who you would'nt mind spending time with. A total puppet who never wanted to be president and who would rather spend time on his ranch, a reluctant king.
I have nothing but contempt for the regime that has shat on this country in the worst presidency in living memory, but I can't disagree with my wife's impressions of him in person, otherwise that means I'm a bit of a twat too....slowly backs away from computer in black and white, silence.

- gotta agree on some level here. He's funny as fuck and I bet he'd be a blast to hang out with as long as conversations remain meaningless.dopepope
