Looks like a glow effects tutorial I did a while back.
If you add vector art to it, and more swirls, I did a phone ad with it.

Its nice. I say try a couple more, might develop something thats useful to you later on. It never hurts to have a stock pile of cool designs for emergencies or starting points.
