I'm sicking of emails bouncing, full in-boxes and waiting for attachments.
I want to give my clients a password so they can log into their very own ftp area using any internet browser so they can access all their files.
Ideally I'd like something which automatically mirrors my local files.
What do you guys use for this kind of thing?
thank you!

i got one build for me using php that allows you to create a username (email) and password and automatically creates a directory with a css sniffer / php index page for listing content. has helped a bit and is almost ready for consumption.

Yeah, it's not technically FTP... but it serves the same purpose. Just look for a PHP file manager. A very simple one here: http://thefilebrowser.com/

That sounds really good! But surely someone is selling a ready made solution out there somewhere? Something where you can install the software punch in your hosting ftp details and away you go.

I like the serious, techie tone of this thread. It should shut the QBN fun police up for a while.
