i have a couple clients who have a policy of zero outside computer on their network. fine. so i use gmail and have it fetch my personal pop3..

problem is i have 14 emails in my personal domains inbox and gmail refuses to fetch them. some are a couple days old now too.

how do you other freelancer types handle multiple email addresses and client drama?

ive gotten kinda used to the labels in gmail too :| and now it decides to suck.

You should consider getting basecamp and handling everything client thru that, make them go there to create tickets and whatnot. It also sends e-mails of everything going on inside each client's account so you can have copies on your mail client.

i actually thought about that but it seemed like overkill for my small clients. and about half my work is at local agencies which have their own traffic systems and i am at their mercy..
