I guess I earn all the crap I'm getting for posting the wrong image. Originally I had seen this desk setup with the two monitors on another site. Looks much more organized than the first image. And yes, I am somewhat limited with working space and that's why I'm shooting for a corner desk.

There are so many things that would piss me off with this desk.
I have found an old oak barn door and am currently stripping it down (the nails have damaged my wood plane though).
Have just bought some legs from Ikea and will screw them on. total cost £28....
When I have saved up the pennies I will buy a good 2m table – sod the slots and draws and nil leg space.

you should go for a classic.
*google safesearch off and type in desk = lots os nude girls seating on desks with naughty looks. I find incredible that any word serves to find porn on google...

Yeah that desk is kind of ugly. I would go with a more classic design.
