Im creating a brochure at the moment to showcase my companies web design work, how do i make the site designs (some screen dumped) print ready without them looking low res and shit?

create them new on 300 dpi

take the designs from the original PSD maybe up the screen res from there. otherwise use a live trace from illustrator from a screen grab, but that could be getting into the realm of silly?

you can up res exact pixel stuff by a clean factor with nearest neighbor resampling selected in the image size dialogue in PS which will still make your jpg images look shit, but will make any clean edges/text etc look ok.
eg. up res to 360 from 72 dpi then down to 300 if you want
