What's the site where..

  What's the site where you see a desk, with loads of things on it, and you can click on things, and interact with the computer, post-it notes, etc.

  It was built in flash, and I'm pretty sure it was for a design agency.

  The mouse panned around the scene smoothly when you neared the edge of the constraints.
