Rollover Start Video Play

This morning i've been sitting creating a little grid of videos, when you rollover each video it plays, then you rollout, it stops - pausing on that frame - when you rollover it again it continues from that frame.
The way i've built it is by embedding the video into the flash timeline and using a button to give timeline commands - (stop) and (gotoand play next) - then a loop at the end of the video to go back to start if person is still rolled over it.
Ive realised that even though these videos are small, the page would still be a healthy filesize to download.
So the question is, how can I do this same interactiveness but with videos that are being streamed rather than all loaded in.
Any tips, links or soucefile sites like flashden?

im after streaming video, that when i rollover it with the mouse it starts playing ... then when i rollout of the video it stops playing and pauses on the current frame .... then if i roll into the video again it will continue playing from the frame that it paused on ... if i remain with the mouse over the video then it will continue to loop when it reaches the end.hope thats a bit clearer.
its not a flashplayer that im after, although i might get something like that and have a look ....
(i might be able to get my hands on a video player and change the actions on the large play button from on release to on rollover maybe?)

find an flv player that streams flv, and substitute the code on the play / pause button for your on rollovers.
