Anyone recommend a good printer for a small quantity 18x24 poster (250 pcs). Cheaper the better, as there is no budget (theater poster).
In NYC is good, but web-based cool too.

can anyone give some good printer recommendations in portland? preferably sustainable, as in offering recycled papers and soy-based inks. i've used pinball publishing & stumptown printers but their prices are so freaking high. i'd like to work locally, but if getting lower prices and good quality means going out of state, i'm cool with that.

For the 0 people that care, I went with www.printplace.com and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quick turnaround, relatively cheap web-based printer. Did 2 posters, 250 quantity each, for a theatre client with a very small budget. Everyone pleased with the results.
re-broadcasting just to share the info.
