There was a site a while back about death. Something where you signed up or paid for a service where something would happen when you eventually died.
It was quite a clean design. Got a lot of press at the time.
I don't think I can get more vague than that.
BTW I'm not interested in death, killing myself or killing other people. Nor am I a goth or listen to death metal.
