Rollovers in Flash HTML text

  I need to create rollover links in Flash within HTML text, i know that you can assign a new colour is a .css, but how do i go about it if I want a different colour each time (which could be any RGB)

  Is there a way of buildling the stylesheet within Flash or anything like that?
