Large multiscreen exhibit design/installation

Hi everyone,
Today I was tasked with embarking on yet another exhibit design and installation project here at work. The idea this time is that we have an array of up to 100 small (13" or so) lcd screens with white translucent plastic facades that have LED lights behind the facades so they glow different colors and can be controlled via some controller. At the center would be a 42" LCD screen displaying title/digital signage information. The small screens would show pictures of people based on the exhibit at that moment and the exhibit would change at some interval.
What I need to know is who to approach to start concepting this type of thing in terms of implementation and cost. I thought trade show display companies might be the answer but they seem to be pretty focused on the podium/island concept. Any suggestions as to what or whom I should contact?
