Well i'm disconnecting in a few weeks because of the move, but i think i shall cite both the Phorm deal and this as my reasons for leaving, as well as conveying my disgust in general. Grrr.

Hey, you kids have got it good - in 7 minutes time my connection will be dropping to < 70kbps. That's 'worse than basic modems of 10 years ago' (in quotes because that's how it appears in my letter).

Grr. It really REALLY pisses me off when:
>All bittorrent downloads reach speeds of < 20kb in normal conscious hours
>In peak hours normal internet usage turns to shit (youtube buffering)
>While internet is turning to shit in peak hours, STEAM (as in CS, HL etc) downloads everything at 400KB+!!! I can't download an email attachment quickly, but hey a game will be fast as pie!
I HATE YOU TISCALI

No - because they'll be sniffing watermarks. Hence "illegal filesharers".

"Virgin Media could soon become the second major ISP to attempt to implement a "three strikes" system against illegal filesharers in partnership with the record industry."
My question, and it's an important one, is;
If i am using P2P but NOT downloading music will i still get a strike?All hail the shaper of content for he has come!
