Sadly, there's no all-equal society. That's a myth. You just look at what people do and say and buy and how they gleefully pander together. It just doesn't exist anywhere. Maybe in the future - I sincerely hope so.

Nairn, about question a), and maybe that's why so many people skipped it, there's really no factor to distinguish social class anymore since it varies in most countries. E.g. Republics do not define social classes (although they're still there) as monarchies do. It's all a mess now, and maybe a better way to define people now is to ask is "in what cultural circle do you deem yourself".

These sort of questions do not matter to me at all, but unfortunately that's how it's usually ends. Just read the threads here. It's a perfect example of how an apparently even-class works.
