These guys are the best. I was down in San Diego some years ago, and got on a plane to vegas for a festival called “punk rock bowling”. Was walking down Fairmont and saw Bill Stevenson, to be fair, one of the sickest drummers EVER, and went over to say hi. He asked me where I was from, I explained I was from Uruguay but happened to be working in San Diego for some months, and he immediately said “wow, Uruguay es muy lejos de Vegas! Muy bueno!” in a quite decent accent. I didn’t even think about taking selfies or anything, just said I was really looking forward to watching them in the next day (they had been off stages for a long time), and said goodbye.Sorry, I know the thread is not for this, but I’m sure a couple of you guys are gonna enjoy the tale.
