we use open ad stream where I work (newspaper) and the main problem we've found is that it doesn't forecast ad inventory reliably enough. It has decent reporting tools and we don't have any problems with the ads getting served properly. We're switching to helios_iq, http://www.adtech.info/helios_iq…, pretty soon and they're supposed to have more robust and accurate analytics .

We deal direct with advertisers who run ads on our site (we're a very niche site), and use OpenAds to serve the ads. We dont have enough traffic or to justify outsourcing. Some advertisers gives us network code rather than sending us banners... often its Doubleclick... which we run through OpenAds, so we're tracking the campaign in addition to the advertisers external tracking .
