You should be pushing the envelope here and looking for more bleeding edge applications for these URLs - I think mobile technology is the way to go here.
For tinklondon you could build a gumtree like application for all those dream chasing kids who end up down on their luck in teh big smoke, use the google maps API to show available "spots" on london's streets where they can find a home of sorts; give a little back, you know?
Perhaps build in links to cardboard box wholesalers so the site has an interior design angle you can sell the Wallpaper or maybe G2 for PR.
