Is it time to look for a new job when your employed to do all the websites, deal with hosting and adwords and then they start cutting you out of meetings and give you little information and then expect you know what they have done and what they want to do before the s**t hits the fan and then its on my head???

Dont get me wrong i love the job and some of the people I work with but this is getting a little out of hand for my liking

stamp your authority,
tell 'em straight, and if they don't listen,
get the fuck out.

Sounds familiar. If they start agreeing work without consulting you, chances are you'll end up carrying the can on projects with unrealistic aims and time frames. You'll end up being bullied into working day and night, and all weekend to finish projects. Either tell them, or find something better. (With people that understand web work).

Arrange a meeting with your boss and flag it up.

don't forget to at least get off with the hot girl before you leave.

Cheers dude for the advise going kicking some arse now in a meeting with them all.

keep it cool. don't burn any bridges. it's amazing how small the world really is...

just for the record, it is "you're", not "your".
just sayin'....

Like Fugged said, don't burn bridges. Go in calm and collected, and make sure you give concrete examples of your situation, not just 'oh, you've been leaving me out of all these meetings'.
