If you have what I had last week you can kiss 5 days goodbye. Get rest and drink plenty of fluids (sex fluids or alcohol don't count). Don't masturbate and don't get up at 8am and do a 1h30 commute, including the Underground, in the middle of it as this does not help. By Thursday you should be okay to travel.
