Quit.
There's always one more project with potential. There's always those vacation days you haven't used.
There's the rent, but you have some cash saved and can do freelance.
There's the people you work with whom you like to be around all day.
But seriously. Is it worth it?
I feel like I'm the only person I know who's perpetually waiting for this perfect moment to hand in my 2 weeks.

I was like you until I quit my job last month. it's great. got some freelance gigs lined up, and they paid me out for all my unused vacation days! now I can see my former coworkers in a social setting rather than work where we were at each others throats.
