When I rotate or scale a jpg or any image type for that matter in flash, it starts looking jagged/pixelated, even if its by 1 degree or by 1 percent.
How can I solve this problem?

if you go in the library, right click on the image and choose 'properties'...
then check the 'smoothing' box
