Anyone use any of these EV-DO services provided by verizon, sprint of cingular. Need to get a wireless pc card of my laptop. thoughts anyone?

i've just been hearing a lot about verizon cutting your bandwidth if you use it "unlawfully" like P2P programs, anytype of streaming, etc
