Using swfObject() to hold crawl-able content.
Creating .html only versions of the site.
Any other suggestions for Flash SEO?

Yeah, just code the entire textual content of the site into the HTML, and onLoad, have Javascript clear it all out and dynamically load the Flash. Done and done.

What about 1 page Flash sites? Any good options that don't involve breaking the site down over several pages?

you can do the index.html as xhtml (strict)
andput all the content in the noscript tag
and then write an xml parser that use as xml file your index.html
it can be take some times, but is totally SEO friendly

One page Flash sites would have no structure or sitemap. Is there anything specific I should do?

Big Spaceship did a recent article on a good way to incorporate SEO into flash content. Requires a bit of knowledge about XSL, but it's a pretty clever and effective approach.

Use an XML file. Structure up your content within it. Pretty easy :)

kult - like Googel sitemap? Are you talking about creating an XML file that mimics the structure of the all Flash site?

Anyone familar with swfsdress? http://www.asual.com/swfaddress/…
Any tips on deeplinking?
- elee0
swfaddress is without a doubt the way to go for deeplinking and enabling the browser back/forward buttons.
Not to be confused with SEO though...

swfaddress seems to boast SEO optimizing. I assumed the deep linking would allow the site structure to be valid and outlined in the sitemap .xml.

Why is this so difficult? It seems everywhere I look online I get different answers... I gotta think this is a common problem, there has to be a solid resource.
