Bought some, now what do I do with them?

they're lovely boiled in tuna nicoise salad, you only have to cut them in half.
also, not sure if you're bothered, but despite their reputation for being a 'game' bird, most quail are battery farmed in worse conditions than chickens. likewise their eggs.
