Two masked and machete-wielding men who barged into a club in Sydney, Australia, couldn't have picked a worse night for their robbery -- a monthly meeting of bikers.
"They (the robbers) thought they had the upper advantage with their knives and their machetes," Jim Webb, night supervisor of the club, told CNN. "They didn't expect to run into a bunch of guys carrying chairs and tables."
"These guys were absolutely dumb as bricks," Jerry Vancornewal, leader of the bikers, told CNN.

"A third person, who was waiting in a getaway car, took off when the bikers threw pieces of furniture at him, Webb said. Police have not located him."
Hahahaha...! I'll say it again, bikers are the nicest people.

i used to work for a battery company... like automotive, marine, motorcycle... etc.
we used to have people that were in bike gangs come in looking for motorcycle batteries. they had been coming there for years and are pretty loyal customers. one guy in particular looked rough, like id never want to cross him in a million years, but was easily one of the nicest most polite people i have ever dealt with. always 'yes sir' 'thank you' never gave an attitude always was kind and smiled.
mostly i kept my distance though because of the kitchenette table and chair set he always had with him, everyone knew he was strapped

I remember this bar I used to hang at maybe '91 or so, used to have the local bikers there (the group that had the guy who beat up Van Damme in that strip bar) and the roughest looking guy was this guy called "Gator". Played pool with him a few times. Huge guy, tattoos up the ying yang, looks like he ate nails for breakfast. So one time I ask him, "What do you do?"
"I work for IBM."
"Huh?"
"Yeah, I'm a programmer. Basic, Cobol, that shit..mostly mainframe stuff."
"You can go to work like that?"
"It's just me in a room with myself and a terminal all day. And I'm the best motherfucker they got doing it."
"How about that."
