Putting together a program. Someone submitted an ad in RGB. Is it best to convert it to CMYK through Acrobat professional or Photoshop?

Photoshop. Don't do RGB > CMYK though, do a conversion to profile
Image > Mode > Convert to profile (at the bottom of the menu), then do a Euroscale coated or uncoated conversion.

Actually Rodzilla, You might want to check with some local printers what conversion mode to use vs Euroscale, cuz Euroscale is obviously for, err, euro print... but whatever they advise do it the same way. There's a US sheetfed coated and uncoated option.

If you have acrobat professional, just do it in there. I do it a lot with client files.
