Apple TV2 was released. Great improvements, can someone tell me why Apple hasn't worked out the rights to show sports games like Soccer, F1 Races, football or what ever. If they could do this, I would be totally committed to apple with everything they do.
Here is the Coolhunting Release for the Apple TV2:

Apple TV is completely useless if you're living outside of the states - as they don't have any TV Shows available on iTunes (here in ireland anyway) plus I hear it doesn't even play divx files?!

I'd be all in too, the only thing I watch on TV is sports. But I don't even have a flat screen TV yet so I'm not going to invest in all those gadgets even if Apple did bring sports on board.

apple tv sucks balls..
even windows media center is 100 times better

It seems to me that most of these new "innovative" media centers is more at step back than forward compared to a regular TV hooked up an antenna.
My setup (which I think is pretty smart, but not really legal)
1# Old iMac setup to auto download the newest episodes via RSS feed of shows I watch + movies I want. Those are then auto moved to a HDD which is shared via wifi around the house.
#2 a PS3 which plays games + plays all the shit the iMac dowloads and shares via wifi.Cost: 400 buck for the PS3 + some times to setup the old iMac properly, but I don't have to lift a finger once it's done.
