Hello all QBN Angels
I got a supadupa css question to ask,
take a look here ↓
no i truly meant here ⇓
⇓
http://www.neofuturism.com/test/…I've search the web for a solution for the border height dilemma, I'm trying to get the borders to stretch 100% height and stick to the footer, but its still not working, I've tried bottom ="0px" and all the other fixes, nothing has worked yet,
Can an +*°*+ANGEL+*°*+ save me
- skt0
even if i could save you (which i can't) i still would not, simply for typing like a 13 year old on myspace.

set the borders as a bg-image for div #content

My eyes hurt.

are you talking about the verticle single pixel brownish colored borders on either side of the two columns of content?
if you are, you're not going to be able to get a border to stretch all the way like that..
what you can do instead is make faux borders with a background of your #content div
- that's what I said...neverblink
- i know.. i'm slow in the morningsjonatne
- Drno0
yeah i am, sorry for the +*°*+happiness thread+*°*+
but I know the crowd here and no how to get attention :P,yeah i'm talking about the brownish borders
i'll try setting the background as a img, but i fear it still won't stick to the bottom

first, rather meaningless but bother me anyway. just for future reference you dont need px with a value of 0. sorry just had to be anal
second everyone is right there is no way to get the height of something to expand to fill the way you can with width. a repeat-y background would probably do what your looking for as was already stated.
- neverblink0
as long as #content reaches the bottom, the borders will as well..
- jkmohr0
omg guys, scroll

You could put the background on the body tag if you're worried about #content hitting the bottom.

what corvo said.... h1, h2... these are your friends... also make use of p tags.... you have too many divs for a relatively simple layout structure
- Drno0
thanx all,
i'll go relearn the basics of css
- Corvo0
you have:
margin: 0px 0px 20px 19px;try:
margin: 0px 0px 0px 19px;;)
